March 24 - Who Needs a Bailout?

Bank bailouts, auto industry bailouts, insurance company bailouts, oh my! Surely there's nothing left to bailout...or is there? Senator Benjamin Cardin (D-MD) sure thinks so! Newspapers! With everyone getting their news from tv, radio, and internet, it seems newspapers are taking a financial hit. But, true to form, our Congress is willing to shell out millions of dollars to yet another failing industry. But don't worry, your grandkids will foot the bill.

The one footing this bill won't be our grandkids, it'll be the Chinese. They are quite happily underwriting all the US/ UK/ EU government's bailout plans, happy in the knowledge that means they can start calling the shots.

And they have started. I mean, they've already told the US to lift bans on Chinese made computers & cars; they've ordered the US not to devalue the dollar with government spending (and on this one, I actually agree, but really it's not up to the Chinese - oh, wait, they own a majority holding of US dollar reserves and $2 + trillion in US government bonds). Oh, and they've started saying at the G20 meeting next week that they're calling for the use of a single global currency mechanism, controlled by the IMF - which the Chinese also want to control.

so, brush up on your Mandarin, people. And don't hold faith in governments but in GOD. HE alone can help us.

There's a bill in TN Legislature requiring the teaching of Chineese in all TN schools; it's not made it to a committee yet I don't think; can't remeber if it's permissive or mandatory
From what I am hearing, China is in troulbe too; when the US stops buying, China is not getting the money needed to pay the workers they are laying off too
And yes I hear that they are in fact grabbing a lot of houses in California--
Yes, our help will come from above
