February 9th - What the Feds can't do, the States will

Does that sound familiar? It's of course a paraphrase of the Tenth Amendment, "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people." There are several states which are signing onto the notion that the feds have overreached their limits and are re-asserting their Constitutional rights. This is something we should all get behind! Call your legislator and let them know you're tired of seeing the Constitution trampled on.
