After Republicans and Democrats passed an $850 billion bailout bill just a few months ago which was stuffed with pork-barrel spending, President Obama pledged he would eliminate "earmarks". But just 1-1/2 months into his presidency, he has once again gone back on his word. The new "stimulus" package is loaded with pork,

$6 million for bike paths in Doral, FL
$600,000 for police cruisers in Youngstown, OH
$386 million for a convention center hotel in Dallas, TX
$150 million for a little league parking lot in Cidra, Puerto Rico
$17.5 billion for "energy efficient industrial zones" in Cidra, Puerto Rico
